Since taking on the role of Program Director of Ingenuity Cleveland in spring of 2015, I have to admit I've had precious little time to update here. . .
But that should be changing shortly. In addition to managing the organization's day-to-day programming, I have also been driving a vision for the future that not only begs to be documented, but a vision in which documentation of the process is the whole point.
The idea for an informal "creative cluster" that would plant the formerly nomadic organization in a permanent physical home has grown roots.
After nearly a year-long pilot project, we've got the momentum to forge ahead and we are on the verge of signing a long-term lease on the space.
But that's just the beginning.
